    Insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates

    • Visits happen within a 2-hour window due to traffic or pet needs.

    • Exact times are only guaranteed for pets needing time-sensitive meds.

    • For once-daily visits, we aim for consistency within a 24-hour window from the previous visit.

    • Book 1-2 months early for holidays—slots are first-come, first-served!

    • Dog walks (2 dogs max per walk)

    • All pets welcome — willing to learn if unfamiliar

    • Feeding, litter/enclosure cleaning, playtime, companionship

    • Medication administration (with clear instructions)

    • Overnight stays (9 PM–5 AM)

    🚫 Not offered: group walks, grooming, training, intense jogging, pet taxi, boarding, or off-leash outdoor time.

  • All care is provided by me, Tiffany, the business owner. In case of emergency, a trusted, qualified sitter from another reputable business may step in—with prior notice to you.

  • Each visit includes:

    • Time To Pet visit report includes a GPS map, timestamps, completed task checklist, photo collages, video clip, and a personalized summary of your pet’s visit

      • Visit reports may take up to 30 minutes to complete

    • Smartwatch photo timestamps provided

    • For homes with video cameras, I narrate visits to comfort your pet and provide peace of mind

  • We use your supplies when possible. If extras are needed, we’ll notify you, purchase them with receipts, and add the cost to your invoice.

    • Provide 2 tested keys (or use a lockbox with your code saved in Time To Pet)

    • We tag keys with W&S info only—no identifying personal client info

    • If a key is lost due to our error, we cover locksmith costs

    • We’re not liable for failed entry due to untested or outdated keys/codes

    • We only give treats that you provide

    • We’re experienced with leash-reactivity

    • Aggressive dogs must be muzzled, harnessed, and leashed when off your property

    • Dogs in heat are not walked—only short potty breaks are provided

    • Visits are adjusted based on weather safety charts

    • Outdoor time is shortened if it’s too hot, cold, or stormy

    • Clients must have a backup/emergency contact in case of local disaster

    • Your emergency contact or vet will be promptly contacted if you can’t be reached during an emergency with your pet

    • Publicly posted photos of your pets and home are never posted online without your written permission

    • Security cameras are welcome (just not in bathrooms)

    • Your details are kept private and never shared

  • How and when to pay for services

    • Invoices are due 4 days after your last service date.

    • Invoices are sent to the email linked to your Time To Pet account.

    • Preferred payment is through Time To Pet (uses Stripe):

      • Secure processing used by Amazon, Lyft, Apple

      • Accepts Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, debit cards

    • Checks (payable to Whiskers and Snoots) and cash are also accepted.

    • Cash/checks are manually entered into your account within 2 days.

    • Holiday Cancellation Fees
      (New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day):

      • 100% fee if canceled < 1 week before

      • 75% fee if canceled < 2 weeks before

      • 50% fee if canceled < 3 weeks before

      • No refunds for early returns

    • Returned Check / NSF Fee

      • +$25.00 + bank fees

      • Service will be terminated after 2 instances

    • Locksmith Fees

      • +$75.00 + actual locksmith cost

      • Only charged if key(s) provided do not work

    • Mileage Fee

      • $1.00 per mile (one way) for locations more than 10 miles from the W&S address
